Culture Transformation
There are multiple reasons why a CEO or other C-Suite individual call for support in shifting their current culture. Some are new to their roles, look out across their leadership team, and don’t see alignment or clear definition around a common set of values and guiding principles (behaviors); others are concerned about employee engagement, unfair treatment, or general employee relation issues; while others recognize that “the culture that got us here, may not get us there,” referring to their founding culture needing to be reset or upgraded due to growth and expansion.

Our approach and methodology begins with a comprehensive diagnostic inquiry (qualitative and quantitative using our proprietary “Secret 7 Culture Survey™”), followed by an Executive Summary capturing employees’ lived experience. Our Senior Leadership Team work-out puts the control in their hands to determine which pain points need to be addressed most urgently. This leads to visioning and co-creating a stronger, future-/desired-state culture that supports the organization’s vision & strategy.
Other elements of subsequent phases include the launch of a “Culture Squad” who serve to refine the handoff from senior leaders, vet it with focus groups, and design the cascade/implementation plan to ensure sustainability of the new culture across the entire enterprise.
