Over the past 30+ years, we’ve seen some amazing changes in what it takes for leaders to do their best work in a constantly changing global climate and tumultuous economic landscape. Through our Executive Coaching approach, we aim to provide a broad range of tools and assessments which generates a unique narrative about their leadership presence; a series of “red threads” woven through our clients’ incredible career.

We look at what have been the keys to their success, as well as any consistent traps they find themselves in time and time again. We look at “the why” behind their behavior, reinforcing mechanisms that foster productive, or not so productive behaviors, and strategies they can adopt and implement to create the kind of brand and reputation which is in sync with their desired leadership style.

What is most critical is that our coachees “own” their process, the development plan we co-author together must represent what they want to work on most. As they say, you get out of coaching what you are willing to put into coaching, and our process serves as a “guide from the side, not a sage from the stage.”
