M&A/JV Cultural Integration
Very similar to our approach to Culture Transformation, in this case, we run a side-by-side cultural mapping, again utilizing our Secret 7 Culture™ framework and associated tools/surveys, to build awareness and understanding as early in the M&A/JV due-diligence process as possible, or at minimum, in the post M&A/JV integration phase. The ultimate goal is to identify similarities and differences between the acquirer and acquiree, and address those differences which can make a difference in the deal’s synergy realization plan.
